Every detail of the hotel was wonderful, all the staff were very kind and nice. Liked the reasonably spacious and bright room in a good condition and the way it was setup. The venue had a fantastic location feet from Garlic Lane. The pool was amazing and I had complementary drinks in the rooftop bar. I spent 3 nights and would stay here again.

The central location of the hotel was fantastic and the
Staff were pretty good too accommodate all requests. The air conditioning in the room could use improvement, as it wasn't as cool as expected. My stay was quite pleasant, with friendly interactions.

We spent time at Benoa Harbour and enjoyed the beach. The location was great, with shops and eateries just around the corner. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Just a heads up, the noise level can be a bit high due to its proximity to the street.
The cleanliness could improve. I noticed some hairs in the bathtub and the overhead shower didn't work well. The sofa was also dusty, a letdown .

Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
Unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor sound insulation. The noise from the street and nearby clubs was unbearable. Even though we were there for four nights, the constant disturbances took away from what should have been a relaxing getaway.

The nearby eats like Bella Italia and Warung Minang Permai were total hits, with mouthwatering dishes that kept my stomach singing! The staff were a breath of fresh air, always friendly and helpful. Shoutout to the rooftop for some pretty lights at night!
We faced some noise woes from traffic, and the pool could use a few more lounges.
